“Charlie Kirk promoted and encouraged respectful, civil discourse across college campuses, media platforms, and national forums, encouraging others to engage thoughtfully even in moments of sharp disagreement….The inclusion of Charlie Kirk in the National Garden would honor his life, leadership, and enduring legacy—defined by his steadfast commitment to the Constitution, civil discourse, and Biblical truth.”

The “Big Beautiful Bill” awarded $40 million towards the project, according to USA Today.
