Is my Hibiscus cooked?

Realized I had a fungus issue when half the plant died suddenly after a pruning. Just further pruned and treated with fungicide, but a major branch has fully rotted soft broke with little pressure. This bed doesn’t get direct sun but for 3 hours at the end of the day so it remains damp. Please lend me your expertise, is she salvageable and how do I tame the fungus in the bed longterm?
