20 day tomato plant. i added one cycle of nutrients in the exact amount that they recommended. water is super clean and nice. the other 2 pods are just mint and basil and they're just small sprouts right now so they shouldn't be taking too many resources. not sure what's going on…

It looks fine to me. One of the things you can consider doing is adding a small fan. The fan will mimic wind in nature and will help the plants grow stronger.
Tomatoes are vine, at least indeterminate are .The whole vine will eventually lay over if they aren’t supported. I sure hope you’re ready to upgrade that tomato plant to a bigger system if it’s a full-size indeterminate. As for health, it looks fine from here.
