Are the big leaves, some (but not all) of which are outlined in pink, collards?

I transplanted without moving the labels, figuring, “I’ll know what’s what.” That has never worked in the past, so why did I think it would this time??

Could be – they’re brassica for sure. Any prickly hairs on the stems and mid-rib? It they’re prickly at all they’re probably some other brassica.

Looks like collards to me! If you planted broccoli, chances are it could be that though as well lol

Swiss chard? The good news is that chard, collards and kale are all pretty interchangeable in whatever you’re cooking.

I used paper cups wrote veggies name and took picture of it, before seeds sprouts. So now I just have to open my gallery and see what did I plant there
