This plant is around 2 years old and it was at its best all these years. The first pic was before september and second is it’s current state since sep it had been losing leaves for what reason idk and now im left with just two leaves from 15-18 leaves and there are some new growth leaves too. My watering habit is quite fine since i water it only when the top inches dry. There isn’t a question or debate about under and overwatering. With regular pruning and pest control like neem oil and alcohol spray still it isn’t very healthy. I’ve repotted it twice this since due to pest in late september but it didn’t lose leaves as much as it is now. Any suggestions?

No suggestions, but just curious and interested to learn:
Did you repot in September AND treat with neem oil and alcohol?

That soil looks very heavy for thin begonia roots. Are you sure it’s drying fast enough?
