I’m no expert but as I understand it, those twisted, brown leaves are a tell tale sign of bud rot.

So you really gotta watch those dead leaves. They will cause botrytis faster than anything else will. If you need to push them farther make sure you get rid of any dead material.

I would bet you have some going on inside where these leaves touch the stem.

The dead leaves do start it off is cut it out from the inside at the stem personally

Pull on those leaves. If they come off easy it’s bud rot.

Yeah, that looks like the beginning of budrot and like others have been saying it’d be a good call to cut out those dead leaves. Dead leaves are a preferred medium for budrot because the plant’s immune system only fights the botrytis attempting to colonize the living plant cells, the dead stuff doesn’t fight back.

To prevent it I would recommend increasing air circulation in the tent with oscillating fans to help disperse the high-humidity zones near the buds. Also, dropping the humidity below 60% or so wouldn’t hurt, but the oscillating fans make the biggest difference.

Either a nutrient defency possible start to nutrient lock out or let everyone said bud rot i would personally see if i coild easily take the part off when ur hands get to that different colour then go for it if it incredibly easy to break off without effort get of the leaves and any contaimints in a seperate area you dont want that to spread and fuck up the crop
