Just need some quick advice on this cute Bear Paw succulent cluster my mom gave me. She knows I like succulents so she picked it up at a local hardware store. It’s in what looks like 100% peat. When I have a single plant I always wash it all out of the roots, but since this is a cluster of paws with a bunch of little roots, I’m unsure how to best handle this one.
I have a good mix ready for them which is visible in the pics. Should I dismantle and separate everything or just put the whole thing in a proper mix as is?

You should 100% remove that soil and plant them in your new medium. They’ll thank you for it 🪴 Adorable little paws you got there!
I would remove the old soil and space them evenly around the new pot. Take care as they can be somewhat fragile in my experience.
Yes, give it proper soil

If you’re really into low maintenance with perfect moisture retention and extremely fast growth but think that organic soil will cause waterlogging and rot then chestnut compost is the way to go!! Best organic option for succulents
I find the fuzzy succulents are more susceptible to root rot. Which I learned by killing a very cute Panda plant like yours. And that leaves me so jealous of yours!!!
I would. I’d worry the peat moss would hold moisture for too long.
