Landscaper here. Definitely a yew that’s diseased/distressed. Generally they bounce back the majority of the time unfortunately haha. I’d just rip them all about and plant new along the walkway haha. If you wanna replace just the one, go for it. But you probably wont be able to match that size and the price for bigger ones are worth it imo. Also depends on how successful you are ripping it out assuming you don’t have a machine
