I bought this plant from Costco last month and she was healthy and full of leaves. Then I started to notice that the leaves were drooping and I repotted and made sure that the drainage was good. She also got infested with spider mites and I have cleared that with some neem oil .
Swipe to see how she looked before..

Oh my, you have definitely had some troubles! If it were mine, I would chop each trunk down to 6-12 inches depending on length. It will be “starting over” and take about 4 -6 weeks before it looks “ respectable “ again but I think you’ll be happy with the results.
More than just drainage is important, and especially if they’re used to less moisture. I don’t make my soil as porous/inorganic as the cactus soil I mix up, but I get it pretty close. Aside from that I water maybe biweekly, make sure they get as much light as possible, and feed them pretty regularly. As the other member mentioned it might not be a bad idea to top them or even cut ’em about half back, but I wouldn’t consider it necessary unless you’d like for it to grow bushier rather than taller sooner rather than later. Ime proper nutrition seems to make the biggest difference so long as the environmental conditions aren’t just all sorts of wacky and majorly unsuitable for them. What would kill other FLFs doesn’t even cause mine to bat an eye so long as they’re well fed.
