50% of my order is dead, including the variegated bear paw I was super excited about. I'm going to try to save the stem and I have saved in the paws in hopes of propagating them. The other 2 were a couple of sedums and I think they really are toast. I'm so bummed. ☹️

My first order from them had very etoliated plants and one was clearly deceased. Take photos and reach out to their customer service. It might take them a few days to get back to you but they got back to me with store credit, and even gave me some tips on how to prop some of the leaves.

That’s unfortunate, I’ve bought from them several times without issue. I hope they’ll help ya out if you reach out

Oh, that’s sad 😔😖!! I’ve been similarly disappointed when ordering my first pings. From a different vendor. How do they expect to stay in business? They must know we share these things. I’m so sorry.

Oh I’m so sorry about your disappointment! Such a bummer. But maybe it’ll work out great in the long run, with a refund or store credit and the props to boot!

Don’t loose hope on those sedum yet either, they’re incredibly resilient! I bet you’re can save em. 😏

  5. I’m sorry, that sucks. 🙁 I didn’t have good luck with them either – I don’t think any of mine made it except maybe a Jade. Jellybeans were DOA, strings didn’t make it. Really sorry about your Bear Paw!

Oh that’s so sad 😞 sorry to disappoint but I’ve tried to propagate variegated bear paws several times and it didn’t work

    That’s incredibly disappointing 🙁

I’ve had a couple of pretty poor orders from elsewhere, but nothing like this. Haven’t tried SD, yet, but was eyeing it.

I bought from them once and never again. The succulents they sent me were ready to go in the trash. Reached out with photos and they refunded me for those plants.

I will only buy succulents from local garden centers. Not worth it to have them shipped in my opinion.

The only time I bought online was for a huge bulk buy (a bridal party) and bought more knowing that some would be damaged. 20% was damaged.

So sorry this happened to you

I bought from Ramsey succulents. Highly recommend. Only had 1 plant come unrooted otherwise all like 25 succulents I bought were in pretty good condition.

I have ordered bear paws twice from 2 different people and they have came destroyed both times, I think they are just very fragile plants

That’s terrible! I ordered from them 3 years ago in March (I’m in Michigan) I was at a funeral when box arrived and it sat on my porch for about 6 hours in the freezing cold and they were perfect when I finally unboxed them-I was shocked!
