

Grew these from a grocery store sweet potato that sprouted. Biggest one is 5.4lbs (2.4 kg) unfortunately that one and the long one has several cracks along it that I’ve heard will cause spoiling during the curing phase. I don’t have a way to provide optimal conditions for curing so will wrapping the intact ones in paper and storing inside the house be enough? Should I cook the cracked ones sooner rather than later even though they may be a little starchy? This all started as an experiment, I wasn’t really expecting to harvest anything of note lol
