Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE) delivered a strong performance for the July–September quarter (Q2 FY26), posting a net profit of ₹153 crore — up 56.2% from ₹98 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue rose 45.5% year-on-year to ₹1,677.4 crore from ₹1,152.9 crore, supported by strong execution of its defence shipbuilding orders and steady progress across ongoing projects.
Operating performance also improved sharply, with EBITDA doubling to ₹156 crore from ₹68.3 crore a year ago, while margins expanded to 9.3% from 5.9%.

The company’s board approved an interim dividend of ₹5.75 per equity share of ₹10 each, amounting to ₹65.87 crore, for FY26. The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been set for November 11, 2025.
