They don’t flower forever so it looks pretty natural to me. Also, if you live a bit up north the air gets drier in the autumn so it’s more common with browning parts on plants because of that.
Peace lilies likes to get lots of water when watered. I water mine in the sink, I thoroughly soak the soil, let them sit for a few minutes and the put them back in the decorative pot.

Flowers aren’t eternal so it’s perfectly normal for bracts to brown and die as their expiration day passes.
