Half of my lawn randomly died. It was an irrigation issue and I had to dig trenches and redo basically the full sprinkler layout. When it grew back, it was all patchy and full of weeds. I ultimately decided I didn't want Bermuda due to issues with aggressive spreading and overgrowth. Sprayed 2 rounds of glyphosate, scalped, scarified, aerated, topdressed, added milorganite, Resilience II TTTF, and mesotrione. Watered like crazy and the seed did the rest! Huge thanks to this group! Now I just need to find the perfect broom to start sweeping my new lawn. Northern CA, zone 9b.

Well done! Alas, you are not done. You need to water it deep next spring!
