In the wee hours this morning, we had our first freeze. Last year and this year I insulated my greenhouse with overlapped layers of bubble wrap. When I woke a little after 4:00 a.m., I checked our weather station for the outside temperature, then the greenhouse temperature via the AC Infinity app.
Mind eased, I drifted back to sleep. We have another freeze warning tonight, so I’ll probably periodically check again. Looking good so far!

What heater do you have and what size is your greenhouse?
Are you using any additional heat source?
Nice! AC Infinity controller is awesome tbh. I started out using the standard thermostat on my heater too, but being able to check temps and adjust things from my phone is a total game changer, especially on those super cold nights when I don’t want to run out to the greenhouse every few hours.
The bubble wrap insulation has worked wonders for me as well, I was skeptical at first, but after seeing how much warmer it stays inside, I’m sold!
I put up bubble wrap on three walls. The fourth windy wall (north side) gets thermal insulation aluminum sheets. The extra insulation on that back wall really makes a difference.
