Just be patient. As long as the stems aren’t rotting, they’ll root eventually

That looks more like a Philodendron and not pothos. And if so they are even slower than pothos in growth and rooting. Also how long has it been in there for? I’m sure it just needs more time. As i always say “If it’s not dead and gone, you better hang on.” And this guy looks pretty good so I’m sure it will come around.
Edit: is that thrip damage? Check if you got any. I could most definitely be mistaken too.
A month and nothing they have roots! Yes, there is a problem… Change the water to mineral water preferably and sun… a few hours in the sun is not bad. The cuttings do not have roots and do not grow due to lack of sun.
