The scourge of spurge. Actually, it’s not that bad of a weed, not as bad as grass burrs. It comes up pretty easily when you pull it. Only real alternative is to grow something else there.

That looks like a kind of spurge.
To remedy the best way to get rid of it without harming your environment is to hand pull it.
Usually easier to hand pull when the ground is damp or it’s rained recently.
I would grab a padded thing to sit on and a bag and pull and fill the bag as I scoot over the area.
Pull what you don’t want growing and the rest will get filled in with things you do want to let grow 🌸
