The only thing I have to say is that you should probably get a high quality grow light for it.

Bright indirect light. I have a screen on my window that filters perfect for some direct light through the day. Use a chunky mix, don’t pot it too high. Water when dry. Use silica and fertilizer. Only half fertilizer as the albos burn easily.

Heard one drop too much is enough to give them root rot. Beautiful but dramatic af. I’d still steal it if you weren’t looking

If you bought that like that. And now you have no idea how to care for it . Then. I have 0 respect for you as a plant parent. If you raised her up to look like this. Then no need to worry. Youre doing great and she will be fine. Plants are not perfect. We need to stop over worrying and learn to love the moments they do appear perfect.
Ps: plants are perfect 🪴 🌱

What a beauty!! I recommend using Silica boost! I found that my variegated plants really like it. There’s times that I use regular fertilizer because my silica was out, and the white part started browning. But she likes really healthy, great job 👏🏼
