State of my garden as November hits.


  1. Volunteer white heath aster
  2. Zinnias still popping off
  3. Moss
  4. Weeds :’) (I’ll keep a couple but there are too many to count!)
  5. This behemoth coreopsis lancelota. Are they really evergreen???
  6. More moss
  7. The final aster to bloom
  8. The prairie coreopsis that refuses to quit.
  9. More weeds

Still more tidying to do but the plants are mostly set for winter. Just some seed collection left

    Kind of the same thing here in SEPA 7a.

    I have a few blue wood asters, a flower or 2 on blue lobelia, a couple blanket flowers, 1 late established anise hyssop with a flower, and a surprise flower on a TINY blue stemmed goldenrod that I grew from seed last winter and planted late summer.

    It’s that time of year.
