I want to plant this pothos cutting with a few others that are in another container. All of those have roots ~1.5-2”, while this one is much longer. Would I still be able to plant it, or is it too adjusted to water?
Are you willing to keep it in water forever? Send it to soil, there’s a very small chance it will struggle more than the others

You can definitely plant this. It may have an adjustment period, but should do fine. Or you can leave it in water. I have several pothos that have been in water for 3 years. I do a 1/4-1/2 water change every couple of weeks and add watered down miracle grow 10-10-10 water soluble fertilizer every 3 months. Keeping it in water will slow the growth somewhat. But it will grow faster than you think. All of my water pothos have more than tripled in size
