Hello all, looking for some advice for my FLF. Over the last couple of months I’ve noticed the brown spots and patches get progressively worse on the leaves. I water consistently and make sure I’m allowing the top layer to dry out between each watering. It’s been in the same pot since last summer

Chop and start over,see how the leaves aren’t similar sizes that’s from improper watering
