You should repot them. Besides lack of drainage, they’re all crowded in the center and won’t be able to thrive that way.

Personally I would give each species of plant their own pots, depending on the root systems I’d go with smaller pots for now like 8cm nursery pots max.
And at the bare minimum if you don’t want to separate them you need to atleast give them space and spread them out towards the edge of the planter. If that’s the route you want to take you need to drill holes into the planter
