I adore this thing but I have no idea what it is or how to take better care of it! The topmost stalk is approx 13" high
I've recently put it into a new spot with a new LED fixture and it's clearly too tall for the space, I'm hoping to trim/repot/propagate the entire thing but I'm terrified I'll just ruin it. Does anyone have suggestions on how to handle this?

I’m thinking Crassula tom thumb
It looks similar to Crassula baby’s necklace which someone else posted a pic of more recently in comments.
Why is it in curtain jail? 😮
Pull of the stems and stick them in dirt, pulling them off right as they are either in the dirt or on the angle they attach works best but you could even just cut and it will work
I believe its name is Crassula perforata.
To propagate it, cut it into single leafs that still have a piece of the stem, they have a success chance of maybe 75%. I had not much luck with pieces that had two leafs for some reason.
The remaining stem will often make two or four branches at the leaf below your cut.
