You need to give that plant a good bath. I personally would brush it with soapy water, rinse off, then dunk it in a bucket of neem oil + water mixture. Also clean the leca clay

Okay, first things first.Do you have other plants?? If you do, make sure this one is moved far, far away from them!! And I personally would wash it with rubber gloves on and then throw them out, making sure you transmit nothing to another plant
Personally, since this is just a pothos, my inclination would be to throw it out, since they’re super easy to find & replace. I might possibly consider taking a couple clippings, sticking them in a water bottle, and keeping my eyes on that, to make sure nothing stayed behind. But honestly, if I had other plants, this one would be out the door, unless it had sentimental value. Good luck!!
