Some have roots, some don't. The echeveria on the right had long bare stem so I removed some leaves and cut the stem. Others are untouched. Had to throw like half of them because they were completely dried to a crisp.

I sort of rinsed the roots and just lay them out like that. I will let them dry out for a few days then put them in 50% cactus mix 50% perlite in pots with drainage.

How would you deal with them? Do I need to trim any of them?
