I salvaged these from an arrangement that had bad soil and metal wires all over and give them another chance to live

Some have roots, some don't. The echeveria on the right had long bare stem so I removed some leaves and cut the stem. Others are untouched. Had to throw like half of them because they were completely dried to a crisp.

I sort of rinsed the roots and just lay them out like that. I will let them dry out for a few days then put them in 50% cactus mix 50% perlite in pots with drainage.

How would you deal with them? Do I need to trim any of them?
