I want to thank this group for all the advice. I have struggled with my lawn since I moved in 20 years ago. My neighbor has a pristine lawn where you could see the property line between his green grass and my patchy grass. I spent the Spring and Summer fighting the weeds. Scalped, filled, sprayed Tenacity, dropped Milorganite and overseeded in August and September. Watered twice a day. The weather cooperated. Here’s where I ended up before the leaves started dropping. I included a few after and before shots of the front yard. Now my neighbor is in the spot I was in. I’ll see how things look in the Spring. Thank you!
