Can’t help with identifying, but bulbs tend to follow general rules. I would plant them in soil about three times as deep as they are tall. Pointy side up, blunt side down.

Some bulbs get planted in the fall and bloom in spring, some get planted in spring and bloom in summer.
Assuming these were meant to be planted now, just make sure and find them a little space. And maybe protect the area in case you have squirrels.
