Here's what we got from a friend – looks sad, she needs some help, I just don't know anything about Monstera. What are your starter advice must haves and resources?
It desperately needs some support. Even a stick/pole that you tie the stem (not the leaves in between the leaves) to.
You also need chunky soil. 1/3 potting soil 1/3 perlite 1/3 bark. And proper drainage.
Don’t water till it’s dry a couple of inches deep.

The biggest things she needs is LIGHT, followed by some support in the form of a stake, trellis, moss pole coco pole etc. Whatever works for you, it will all give you similar results.
How does the soil look? If the soil is at least decent looking, then you can hold off on repotting until it at least bounces back a bit. If the soil is absolutely shit, then maybe a repot with some fresh chunky mix (mix of tropical soil, perlite, orchid bark works well) and it should help.

Highly suggest getting it out of the pot ASAP, check the roots for any rot, cut off any rotting roots (mushy, black, and might smell bad).
Completely ditch the soil and get a new pot. Preferably a nursery pot with good drainage. Research aroid soil, as monsteras need a good chunky, well draining mix. Only burry the stem when repotting and not the petioles as those need to be able to move.
Monsteras are climbers and I find I don’t have the time to care for a moss pole so I’m team wood plank!
Also just note that no plant should ever be on a watering “schedule” water when you can stick your finger in the pot and the tip of your finger is dry
When picking a pot, it should be only an inch or two bigger than the root mass.
Last thing is overwatering…. Overwatering is not necessarily due to amounts of water given but the frequency of watering. When you do water, do it thoroughly and slowly around the pot until water starts to drain out of the bottom. Get rid of the water that has drained out and don’t let your plant sit in it.
I think I covered everything?? lol

Repot onto some suppoart in chunky aroid friendly mix. Get it near some light.

There are several plants in this pot. When you repot, it’s best you separate them

Did it happen to freeze at any point?
