It might be hard to tell from the picture, but any idea what this might be? This is the system that I start my plants in, so it holds a decent amount of water. I initially thought it was Reminence that fell off the rock wall, but now I’m not sure. None of my other PVC pipes or the basin have any of this in it

Looks like algae to me. Prob just light leak into the water
You need to use clay balls, pool noodles, or foil to block all the light coming in.

It’s just algae. Light reaching the water and shining onto the moist rockwool allows it to grow. Once your plants are big enough to shade it, then the algae will starve and die taking care of itself.
