How can i get rid of these pests from my orange tree long term?
These pests are literally destroying my orange tree and there are many many of them on the tree. I tried spraying pest oil for citrus fruits but that didn’t help at all. Any suggestions are welcome!
i pull them off with a pair of (dedicated stinkbug-only) kitchen tongs with silicone gtabby bits and plonk them in a little bucket of water with some dishwashing liquid in. they can’t get back out and drown fast, and no innocent bystanders like spiders are hurt

Ohh welcome to my world! the only thing that works is a vacuum in my recent experience.
