Got this at Wilco for 15$ and I couldn’t resist. It Was labeled philodendron pink princess marble. Don’t mind the sad white knight in the pot with it little sister over watered and it needed new soil to recover and I used the last of mine for the pink princess so it has to be in there for a few days till it’s old soil dried a out enough because it is currently mud.

I took in the last scraggly pink princess from my store’s clearance about that same size. I’m super excited to see how yours goes, right now I’m just giving mine all the light she will soak up. I say a good score
Yes a normal pink princess, not rare
Great score! She’s very pretty 😍
Just a regular old PPP, if anything I think you overpaid. They are about 10$ or less now, size depending.
It looks good, please post updates!
It’s a cute ppp, give it tons of good light so you can get as much pink as possible. Not direct sun though, a good grow light or a sunny window. When you can plant it in chunky soil, philodendrons do better with a chunkier soil
These giants are being sold in many large grocery stores. They appear to have higher variegation stability and distribution.
They are becoming less rare, but yes. That is still an epic price for that size and amount of pink.
I could be wrong, this looks like a Scarlett princess. It’s a different mutation, has the black, multi green shade, and white/ pink/ Scarlett. I think you genuinely scored.
The last photo is a little concerning – that pot looks much too big, and the soil doesn’t seem chunky/airy/well-draining enough. Can you pick up a bag of aroid mix or at least orchid bark & perlite to mix with the current soil?
Not rare but lovely just the same.
Congrats! Great finding a plant you like!
Good luck with the diva, I have two and both dont like me too much. Enough not to die but far from thriving. Regarding the soil you can put a tampon in it to speed up the drying process. I do that when I accidentally overwater a plant, it’s not perfect but better than nothing and have the plant rot worst case
