I’m not sure what’s going on with her. I have been waiting for the soil to dry between waterings, not sure how much water was given. Put them in the tub and turn the shower on to water. There is drainage in the pot.
She was given houseplant fertilizer around mid summer.
In a sunny south facing window, in the bathroom for humidity boost. None of my other plants are doing this.
Any advice would be great, she’s one of my favorites.
At almost 4ft long I have to trim off nearly all of her vines because all her leaves have turned yellow and have fallen off.

Check for pests. It’s common for plants to get pests outside which are kept in check by natural predators but cause a lot of damage when you bring the plant inside and the predators are gone.
Kinda looks like sun scorching and maybe a watering issue. The pot also looks a little small for the size of the plant which will contribute to the watering issue but it’s hard to tell
