Saw these interesting leaves today. I'm in central Europe. Never seen these leaves before. They remind me vaguely of oak tree leaves, but are too pointy somehow.
Probably oak but not one I’m familiar with, possibly sycamore. In North America we have several varieties with pointed leaves.

Is this in a city? Likely a planted cultivar. A photo of the tree itself, including overall form, bark and a close up of young twigs with bud would help.
Could be something like *Fagus sylvatica ‘*Laciniata’
