One of my Albos decided to push out too much white 😭. She was pushing out beautiful variegation until she decided to be a drama queen (you can literally see on the stem where it started, lol). Now she is mostly white on the top, and white leaves are starting to brown. I'm thinking about making two chops (marked in the 3rd pic). I don't have a lot of hope for the top cutting as it's mostly white, but I can't just throw it away, lol. I feel like the bottom will do fine and push out new growth as the roots are healthy and take up almost the entire pot, and it will still have four leaves with plenty of green. I'm not sure about the middle cut either. I want to make the cut so it still has some green to work with, but I'm just not sure what it will do. It does have an aerial root, and I can see a nub on the aerial root like it wants to push out another. Any advice, tips, anything will be greatly appreciated! I'm so sad I have to chop her; I wanted her to be successful 😭. I have moved her away from the super strong light she was under, so hopefully, this doesn't happen again.

I think you should do the top with majorly white in hopes that another green one can come out(or with more green). Maybe if you put in the shade for a little while it’ll turn green?
