Ding ding. This is what your bricks look like when not covered in dirt.

From the images it also looks like they did more of a power rinse than power wash.. you can see the water pressure sweeps in the differences between the lighter and darker areas..

I would ask for my money back or for them to redo. Looks streaky as all hell.

You’re seeing this because those aren’t clay bricks, they are paver bricks which is a concrete product. When dyed concrete products get old you start to see the aggregate show through. You either have to wait for them to get dirty again or spray them with a concrete stain

They have damaged your Belgard pavers. Belgard recommends low-pressure washing with a wide fan tip.
From website: “Be careful when cleaning your Belgard pavers with power washers as the force of the spray can expose the aggregate under the paver’s surface.”
oof ok…the pavers were wet at the time of the picture…and it’s not as noticeable now

Be really, really careful about pressure washing; it’s way too easy to ruin concrete (and hence concrete pavers) and especially brick with those. The finish you see on the surface does not go all the way through.

That’s what a clean brick looks like lol.

Is this techno block paver?

You can deliberately stain them.
nochinzilch
You could probably get dye for concrete and stain them darker.
