If this is your first time growing use auto-flowering varieties. They won’t be affected by the potentially inconsistent lighting. Controlling humidity and temperature may be more than it’s worth assuming you are in a climate that is going into winter.

I’ve never grown cannabis in a greenhouse but I do know you want to lower the humidity during flower to help reduce bud rot.
I grew in a DIY screen house this year, and it worked really well. Just took the last two plants down yesterday.
