
Plant ID apps try to tell me it's a "weeping willow," i.e.a "Salix babylonica," but I think that's wrong. I do think it's a kind of willow tree, but a different variety. I have a suspicion of what it might be, but I thought I should ask the experts first! If you zoom in on the upper branches, you'll see they wiggle and curve around, which I think might be the giveaway clue. (Sorry for the poor photo.)
