That is neither Piper Nigrum (black pepper) nor a Capsicum (the genus of bell and chili peppers). Lots of plants produce small, hard fruits that look a bit like peppercorns. I don’t have a positive ID for you based on your photo, but I can rule out pepper.

False Pepper you mean?, the Pink Peppercorn does look similar but I don’t think it is Schinus molle either

Zanthoxylum simulans, so kinda, it’s Sichuan pepper.
