I’m moving house and I told the movers to be incredibly careful with this alocasia because he’s floppy at times. And they snapped it clean off. I’m so heartbroken I need help to maybe propagate him or save him!

Is this a type of elephant ear? If so, they tend to be very hardy bulbs and grow back with some time.

Not sure if you can save this one, but there should be tiny bulbs in the soil somewhere. You can grow from them.

African mask? The bulb should put out a new shoot for you soon enough. Nice length on that!

Google Seradix made by a company called Kwizda. Or Clonex works as well.
Is a synthetic rooting hormone, stimulates rooting growth. Can be used to turn any cuttling into a rooting plant.
Its like putting your plant on steroids that makes only new roots.
You cut the plant where you want to make new roots, dip the wound into the medicine and it will grow roots there.
Keep the plant moist because it will dry out without roots on its own and needs to suck water with its leaves, takes less than a week for most plants to grow powerfull roots.
