Sharing some progress update from my September 9th and 10th Lawn Reno. I've outlined the detailed process I used, materials, and more before photos in this earlier post, 2025 September Lawn Reno (Zone 7b). The most challenging part was achieving initial seed germination without forecast rain washing seeds down the sloped yard. Additionally, some low spots created challenges for seed germination, but I addressed those and stuck with it. Overall, I'm happy with my lawn rejuvenation and I've set myself up for success in the Spring.
