Grill Garden just messed up. From accidentally leaking a future Minecraft collab all the way to bringing back limited time items like the can of beans. Here’s everything you missed during the Glass Animals live event. Starting just 6 minutes and 7 seconds before the new update when multiple Kiwis started flying around the map at insane speeds. And suddenly we saw the Glass Animals band spawn in. Yeah, this was pretty insane as we got to see the band members like Dave Bailey, Drew, Joe, and Oddman. And they played their brand new song, The Vampire Bats. An elite singer even turned into a bat and started flying around the map, rewarding players with free seeds like the kiwis and strawberries as these are references to the lyrics in their song as the players also turned into bats and were able to fly around the stage. And I noticed that it was being held up by the same land as the map. And some players even think that our gardens are on top of a giant Garrett. So does that mean this band is playing on top of a giant Garrett? But I bet you missed that during this concert, you could find the same portals from the admin abuse war against Jen down Sammy. But this time, instead of spawning the fusion animals like the Apple Gazelle, you could actually enter the portals and unlock some pretty insane rewards, like the can of beans, which released only once during the beanto event. So, it’s nice to finally get some of these old items back in the game, but it’s also nice to collect some of the current gear, like the witch’s broom that allows us to fly around the map, which is what I’ve always wanted and grow a garden. But the players were also enjoying the free season crates while entering the portal. But what I do wish that comes to grow garden is the ability to morph into the bat anytime we want. Sadly, my dreams came to an end once the event ended. But maybe in the future, Grow Garden will add a mini game where we can morph into any pets we own and collect items around the map, just like this Gravedigger miniame where we can dig for special rewards, which if you didn’t know is a reference to Pokémon from the Gen 4 games like Diamond and Burl, which is one of my favorite Pokémon series where you could mine gems to enhance your Pokémon, similar to how I unlocked the pumpkin gear box, which gave me a Jacko jelly and when fed to my animal gives it 100 XP, which is a spooky treat. But what else is spooky is what we got after the concert, and that was this weird kiwi seed with a fork inside. And when planted, it looks nothing like the original kiwi plant. But I bet you missed when the Glass Animals also gifted us this Woody dog. It’s weird, but this dog is actually the lead singer’s pet dog in real life. But I wonder why he has a suit on with bat wings. I’m not going to lie, those 3D features makes it look a little too realistic, and it freaks me out. Good thing it is Halloween. But what’s also freaky is that during the admin abuse, the players were turned into bats one more time. But instead, this time, glass animals were falling from the sky. Yeah, no joke. But it’s not even the strangest part, as girl garden messed up and added the Minecraft moon into the sky. Now, this is super interesting. As you can see, it’s the exact one to one Minecraft moon. And this had me thinking, is this just a fun little Easter egg, or is there more going on behind the scenes? As you know, Minecraft collabs with a lot of companies. I mean, we have tons of Minecraft plushies, Minecraft creeper mugs, but here recently, we have the Minecraft Sonic Racing collab where, yes, this might look like Minecraft at first, but then you realize that you are actually playing a Sonic Racing game, and you’re racing around as Steve and Alex in a mine cart. Heck, why not be a creeper as well? Yeah, this is insanely cool to me, so I had to show this off. But now that we have a Minecraft moon and grow a garden, could this mean that Minecraft is coming to grow a garden? But with all the games Minecraft collabs with, well, this actually might be possible. So, imagine if Minecraft Steve was hosting a live event with Jandelle and suddenly a random village appeared from the sky. And imagine we even get an emerald mutation. That would be cool. But what’s even cooler is if the players got gifted a creeper pet or maybe a dog variant as there are so many dogs in Grow Garden and there’s so many dogs in Minecraft. But what would you like to see from a potential Minecraft Grow Garden collab? Maybe that’s why the portals are back because Jendo is testing a Nether portal event in the game. Or I guess any portal could bring the players to Minecraft, similar to the Minecraft movies blue portal. I could also imagine us running into a Steve NPC and starting some quest to earn a sweet reward like the elytra. And this could work in game as we already have the witch’s broom fly mechanics. But this is where Grow Garden really messed up because when the goal update dropped, a cut scene appeared and an NPC was summoned. And this is the harvest reaper. Except mine looks a little weird as I think it’s missing its hood. But when you talk to the Reaper, he offers a limited time severed spine. Yeah, this is a weird seed. But what’s confusing is that when I was trying to turn all the flames blue, I realized that the stock was dwindling away before I could even get my hands on one of these seeds. Which is strange for grow because this is the first time a seed has released globally. And what I mean by that is if you go over to Sam stock and buy seeds, well, it’s locally to your game because even if other players buy seeds, well, they’re still available for you. And well, this seeds the opposite as when players buy it, you also lose the stock. So, if your lobby doesn’t have the crops that the Reaper is looking for at that very moment, well, the seed is no longer available. Yeah, this event is kind of hard as I don’t have these mutations on my crops. And if you guys don’t have a crop like the chicken feed, well, you have to wait till the Halloween market spawns in. And then you can buy the chicken seed over at the spooky seed shop boner. Hello, ghost sam. And if you are wondering how to get this Bane’s berry, well, you have to hatch a bone dog from a spooky egg, which is only found in the Halloween market as well. And as you can read, the dog’s ability is to dig up a seed exclusive to the bone dog, which is the Bane’s Berry. So yeah, some of these crops aren’t easy to get, which worries me because that means Grow Garden is taking a pay to- win route to just milk some money out of their players. And we’ve already saw this happen recently with the pass they added. And there was a lot of controversy with this. And there’s just too many event timers around the map as I never know what event is actually going to spawn in. But this isn’t a bad thing as it means there’s tons of content in the game right now. I think there’s like four events happening within just a few hours of each other, which is kind of crazy. But nothing will ever be as spooky as this goblin. Yeah, it picked me up and brought me to its owner. And well, you never know what you’re going to see. Or you never know what’s going to happen, as this might be the scariest part of the Halloween update. What is he doing to me? So, Grow Garden truly messed up with this one, but at least I have a hyperrealistic dog and the hopes of a Minecraft update to cheer me up.
