Soak the hell out of it. Wait 24hrs then drain any standing water in the tray. The leaves will plump up and get firm. Then wait until the leaves get soft again and repeat. My 50yr old jade loves this method and being in a south facing window. She loves it so much she’s about to flower for the first time!
Get a pitcher of water about the same size of the pot. Pour a little water on the soil and wait for it to sink in. Then pour a little more, wait for that to sink in. Pour more, wait, pour, wait and do that until you’ve emptied the pitcher. Let the pot drain. It should now be noticably heavier.
If the water sinks very slowly, get a skewer, pierce the soil all the way to the bottom om the pot and wiggle it around to break up the soil
Since the plant is so dehydrated you can do it again in a few days, but after that you should always let the soil dry out and stay dry a couple of weeks between waterings
