Realized this compost bin last year, dig out the compost recently but not the best results, some part was really smelly some not composted at all (especially the bottom layers was having this problem). The compost was done with no mixing so i was thinking to improve the pot adding a pole with some blade to mix it and sometime turn it. Last photo are my compost potato, some of them is bad, overall nice and come with no effort.

I don’t know that you’re going to be able to rotate that pole tbh, but there’s no harm to turning the heap.
Personally I couldn’t be fucked with it though, I just have a 3 heap set up with one for using, one for feeding new material and one maturing.

you can buy accllator to start the process off
Every few feeds I dig the garden fork in and mix the top. Mine also empties from the bottom for a constant cycle
In at the top
Out the bottom
If you turn out the contents and repack once a year, it should help a lot. If you’re getting sludge or inconsistent decomposition, its probably because you’re not getting enough oxygen or your mix of greens and browns is off.
You could also consider putting some air holes in it?
