  1. Good morning! Those tater tots & arborvitae look spectacular there. I love the more formal look in that area. Paul & Bethany are the best. Such a great work ethic. That space looks ready to plant, cleaned out and waiting.

  2. LOVE the look of the Independence boxwoods along that curve! Maybe plant some Safari Dawn (Jamesbrittenia/S. African phlox) for the annuals in front next year? The Safari series of phlox seem to do very well on your property & have beautiful color variations. ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿต๐ŸŒผ

  3. Not sure I like it๐Ÿค”
Too formal (which you like) in a not formal garden. I get the hiding the hydrangea stalks butโ€ฆ.hmmm. I guess we will just have to wait and see.๐Ÿซค

  4. The boxwoods look so good! Maybe you could do mini vistas or the one that is near the pond that smells so good for the annuals in that area?

  5. Hi Laura! Love your channel, I watch your videos every day, except for Saturdays. Can you plant lemon coral sedum for your annuals in front of the boxwoods? Aaron, I bet, would love the idea! The contrast would be amazing.

  6. Wow how satisfying to see those annuals gone ! Loved seeing the fall colors. Hope you give us a tour at the peak of color!

  7. You could do a mini vista in the swoop in front of the boxwood. In my experience they grow tighter/more compact but still give punchy color. I LOVE the boxwood!

  8. Amazing job Paul on the vine crop clean up looks great. Laura, at first I was not digging the boxwood hedge in front of the hydrangeas now that they are lined up and planted Iโ€™m in love with the look.

  9. Paul and Bethany, you two are absolutely amazing! I hope you both do a sit down question and answer / get to know you type of video with Laura and Aaron someday soon!

  10. Reluctantly, Iโ€™m pulling my annuals in north west Michigan, zone 6. I live just close enough to Grand Traverse Bay that I have not yet had a frost, although killing frosts have occurred nearby. I know these plants need to go, but itโ€™s always hard to do!

  11. Love the new boxwood hedge! Those vine crops gone looks amazing and Bethany is going to have some really happy pigs.

  12. Itโ€™s hard to pull up things still blooming but wow what a difference. Sure fire begonias meandering in that swoop would be beautiful!!

  13. I wish there had been a count on the amount of times โ€œTater Totโ€ was said! ๐Ÿ˜‚ I want some of those! Alsoโ€ฆdonโ€™t resist the lavender!! ๐Ÿ˜‚

  14. Wow Laura! I was thinking how many boxwood have you planted this year? Formal garden, new garden by the garage, front entry and now the end of your curved path. I bet close to 1000! Itโ€™s so pretty and I understand why you love it. Great job!

  15. I canโ€™t decide which was more satisfying, the annual clear out and boxwood planting OR the vine and weed clear out! Love the end results of both! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’–

  16. Love the addition of the boxwoods and the tater tot! It's like you heard our thoughts through the screen. ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜
