Reused the 2 bowl kulhads just 2.7cm deep and 8cm wide, will the aloe and snake plant grow and btw thats chia thats sprinkled i am planning on keeping a green mat and will regularly prune it

will it propogate? btw i am in india and temps here are 30C at day and 17C at night.
