I started this leaf that got knocked of one of my AVs. It seems happy enough in this shot glass sized cup but am wondering if I should replant into a bigger pot. The leaves seem really cramped and the cup is hard to keep upright due to the weight of the mother leaf.

Anytime. I would up pot it in 2- 2.5 pot with the mother leaf. They will grow quick that way. If I will re-propagate the mother leaf, I suggest to separate them and replant.Others may have different suggestion.😊
Conventional wisdom is that you can separate the parent from the children when the leaves are an about the size of a quarter (assuming a standard size violet). You can do it earlier, but there is a higher risk of rot and other issues. I like to transplant into small containers like plastic shot glasses first. If you want, you can propagate the parent leaf again (if it has roots, great, otherwise you can try rooting it again.)
