My Thai is seemingly doing well, pushing out a new leaf about once a month. watered her yesterday and was just looking at the roots today and noticed…some fungus among us.
I use Mycorrhizal fungi in the soil and have seen caps on the top on other plants on here but never inside the pot lol

The substrate IS chunky it just doesn’t look like it through the transparent pot but I’m thinking maybe a repotting is in order cause it seems to be holding a lot of moisture, thoughts?

Idk your roots look healthy and so does your plant! I use micorrhizae in all of my pots & have had the same thing. I think since your pot is clear and you wanted to do of your break unless you’re seeing anything unpleasant, I would just leave it. That’s just my take though!! If you wanted to maybe wait a little bit longer than you do in the watering to make sure it’s drying out a bit more, you could try that. But everything seems happy so I personally wouldn’t change anything. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
