I wonder if I’m doing something wrong with this plant, the leaves started growing more smushed together and when it flowers I have to move the leaves out of the way to let the blooms pop up. When I first received it the leaves were one color and now a large portion are purple. I don’t know why they are purple either.

omg those purple leaves actually look kinda cool! might be sunstress but they’re thriving if it’s still flowering, mine would just die if i looked at it wrong lol.
Usually that’s a sign of a nutritional deficiency, and you have more than one plant in there. If it gets worse, you might need to repot into fresh soil and separate them.
