Picked up this guy from Home Depot last month (it alcame with that scar) and it started to bloom just a couple weeks after!

I moved it to better soil, mostly perlite with a little cactus soil, watered it, and haven't added much water since I saw the flower starting to poke out. But this flower looks a little sad and withered, anything I should do for this guy or should I just let them be?

Mine shrivel then open up when sun shines on them.

If you expose some of the side to inspect the trunk, and the trunk is fairly shriveled, you can probably get away with one more deep watering before winter dormancy. The flower should die around end of November.

Don’t water it unless the soil is bone dry and the body of the lithop shows noticeable creasing along the sides of the trunk and the corners of the tops of the buds.
