This was my grams and I can’t seem to help it. I was told they like water from the bottom. That’s why it’s in the big orange bowl. What can I do to help it?
2) repot them separately into POTS ⅓ the size of the diameter of the leaves.
3) that soil is hydrophobic. It means you’ve gone so long between watering that it no longer holds water but actually repels it. There are ways to fix it but since you have to repot anyways use fresh soil. A good beginning mix is an African violet soil of your choice or coco coir and perlite 1:1. When you repot, make sure you check the roots and trim off any rod that may have occurred. I would hold off on fertilizer until it’s a little bit healthier. But afterwards you want to dilute fertilizer to one ¼ to ½ strength with every watering or put that in your water reservoir. Flush it with plain water every few watering though.
3) get it under a humidity dome or bag. Trim any leaves that are totally beyond saving but I’ve had leaves that are wilting perk up
4) if you’re not good at watering please get into a self watering planter. I like wick watering.
These aren’t totally beyond saving. I’ve had one in about a similar condition and it’s blooming a month later.

The soil looks really dry. How long has it been sitting in water?
You need to divide and repot that AV. This will explain what you need to do and the 2nd link is a video of what needs to be done. [Repotting a Violet with a Neck – African Violet Society of America](https://africanvioletsocietyofamerica.org/learn/violets-101/repotting-a-violet-with-a-neck/)
